Privacy Policy

Effective 3 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website, shlenterprises.com, is operated by SHL Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 911 E Atlantic Blvd, Ste 101, Pompano Beach, FL 33060 (“SHL Enterprises”, “we”, “us”). SHL Enterprises is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

You can reach us about privacy at contact@shlenterprises.com or by writing to the address above.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to this corporate website and to business correspondence you send us. It does not apply to purchases you make from the retail brands we operate. Each of those brands publishes its own privacy policy on its own website, which governs the handling of customer and order data for that brand. If you are a customer of one of our brands, please refer to the policy published on the site where you purchased.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to include in your message and any attachments. We use this only to handle your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when a page is served: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to operate the site securely, diagnose faults and understand aggregate traffic levels.

What we do not collect

This website does not sell anything, has no shopping cart, no user accounts and no payment functionality. We do not collect payment card details, financial account information, government identifiers or sensitive personal information through this site.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run cross-site advertising pixels. Any strictly necessary cookies used are limited to operating the site and keeping it secure.

Web fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, and Google may receive your IP address and browser information as part of that request. Google states that it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles. If you would rather avoid this, you can block third-party font loading in your browser; the site remains fully readable.

5. How we use information

  • To respond to and manage your enquiry or business correspondence
  • To operate, secure, maintain and improve this website
  • To detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud or attacks against our systems
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Legal bases

Where the General Data Protection Regulation or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases: our legitimate interests in operating a secure corporate website and in responding to correspondence addressed to us; compliance with a legal obligation where retention or disclosure is required by law; and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering one.

7. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who host this website, deliver our email and provide security services, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary and subject to professional duties of confidence
  • Banking, payment and platform partners, where required as part of their due diligence or compliance obligations toward us
  • Authorities or other parties, where we are required to do so by law, court order or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety or property

8. Retention

We keep business correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and thereafter for a reasonable period to maintain a record of our dealings and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes and are then deleted or aggregated. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We restrict access to correspondence and business records to those within the company who need it, use reputable providers for hosting and email, and apply access controls to the accounts holding that information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to have it corrected or deleted; to obtain a copy in a portable format; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Residents of California and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected and disclosed, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As stated above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no opt-out to exercise in that respect.

To exercise any right, write to contact@shlenterprises.com. We will verify your request using the information already in our possession and respond within the period required by applicable law. Exercising these rights is free of charge. You may also use an authorised agent where the law permits.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12. Children

This website is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16 through this site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its effective date shown at the top. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
