1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of shlenterprises.com (the “Site”), operated by SHL Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 911 E Atlantic Blvd, Ste 101, Pompano Beach, FL 33060 (“SHL Enterprises”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational corporate website. It describes who we are, how we operate and how to reach us. Nothing is sold through the Site: it has no shopping facility, no user accounts and no payment functionality.

Purchases from the retail brands operated by SHL Enterprises are made on those brands’ own websites and are governed by the terms and policies published there, not by these terms.

3. No offer and no advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in SHL Enterprises LLC, and nothing on the Site is an offer of any financial product or service. We take reasonable care to ensure that information on the Site is accurate at the time of publication. • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or entity when corresponding with us
• Use the Site or our contact addresses to send unsolicited commercial communications

The Site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHL Enterprises LLC and its member, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you a different forum or protections that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected.

14. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its effective date shown at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
